Have you folks seen this yet a CFE 223 powder? CFE stands for copper fouling eraser and it well erases copper fouling
Link the write up in guns and ammo makes it seem pretty good I'm going to give it a go in my 308 model 700.
Avoiding copper fouling seems to me a lesson in futility... Bumping up the speed increases fouling and the new powder can help with that, but it also increases wear considerably. Choose a suitable caliber with good long (heavy) projos, send it off at 830-900 m/s and your'e good out to 1000 meters. There is a reason why we still use 6,5x55 in Scandinavia. .223 has been tried and found wanting, 650 meters and 20 m/s wind are not ideal for .223 imho.
Or use coated bullets.

I'm thinking that there's not a lot that would be in a 45mph wind at 710yds
EDIT: Bloody calculator

710 yards actually
But there is: 4 clicks to the side*. All 6 shots was on the target board, one outside the shape, rotten trigger work on my side iirc. Target shape 1 meter high, 50 cm wide, shaped like a tunnel opening. Damn I like that old swedish cartridge...

*26 cm aim off.
