Shooting in(near) Geneva for a Brit?

Hi All,

I just found out I will most likely be visiting Geneva in the near future for a conference.

I hear that the Swiss have some of the most sensible gun laws in Europe.

Are other EU citizens allowed to come and hire a gun and shoot at a range? I have a UK Firearms License.

If so, are there any facilities like this in or arround Geneva?

Thanks guys!

Thats a brilliant idea, go and do a course. I must admit, I myself would have been more orientated to just going to a range and hiring a gun and buying some ammo, and going to put some lead down range.

Well done Normac, for putting a different perspective up on our ideas board.

Thank you.

Bon soir Shung!

Paul, Shung is a real gentleman.

He took me last March to one of the local ranges. Very cool!!

The range we went to was fantastic.
So many sig 550 rifles, it was something else.

Merci!
