Hi,
I'm one of the AR15france.com's member. You're welcome if you want to join us on our forum. A lot of our members try to speak english, and we have some of your compatriots as members.
To answer, French laws are strange. I fact, the 1st thing is that you can't own gun or rifle except if:
you are hunter
you are shooter.
With "licence to hunt" or "licence to shoot", you can buy guns and rifle. 21 years old is mandatory to own handgun.
The laws are very complex, depending on the caliber, the size, and the magazine of each gun.
In all case, full-auto is not allowed for shooter, but silencer and laser are allowed.
As immigrant, I'm sure you can't bring your guns into France, except for international competition.
Don't hesitate to visit :

Thanks Bunny
I did try to enroll at AR15france.com, but the administrator never sent me a confirmation e-mail.
C'est la vie!
Perhaps I will try again.

I joined last week while looking for your answers and I didn't get mine too.
Without that mail I was still able to log in 1 or 2 days later, so do not wait for it

what is your username ? . I'll take care of you. We usually approve new members every 3 or 4 days.
Sometimes the email does not make it or get stuck in your spam email. All new accounts get manual approval anyways.

I wish I understood French, looks like a sweet website.
Topic change, maybe you can help if inclined. American ARFCommers argue over how to pronounce French word.
