Limit 2 transactions per customer!

Whiskey tango foxtrot?
So, here is the story. A week ago I buy 2 jet skis (used). They are together on one trailer. When I bought my boat (and trailer) I learned that you need a separate bill of sale for the boat & the trailer. When I bought the skis I made sure to get a bill of sale for all 3 (2 skis & 1 trailer). I went into the Farmington DMV, and promptly walked out. There was probably a 3 hour wait. I decided to go to Aztec. The wait there was about 45 minutes. I was very proud of myself. I had all the paperwork. This was going to be easy. My number gets called. I get up to the counter, and was promptly told "I am sorry sir only 2 transactions per customer". I proceeded to pay my taxes & registration on the skis. I could have registered the trailer, but I would have had to get another number, and wait in line again.
I will be making another trip to the DMV next week.

You should have brought an illegal alien in with you. They would have registered your jetskis, trailer and even given him his driver's license.

He couldn't understand what she was saying. After repeated attempts at explaining what he needed to do, the manager gave him a form. She told him he needed to take it to his doctor, and get him to sign off on it. His lack of english is now going to cost him a trip to the eye doctor. I was happy to see it. They didn't do shit for him!

The Pendejo will take it back to his apartment(occupied by him, his two brothers, their five cousins and all of their wives, and sixty children) and someone will forge a signature to it. The Pendejo will bring it back, and they will give him a Driver's License. What's FUGGED up is, he's ILLEGAL, and Fucking BLIND! Just what we need on our streets.

You forgot to add that he will soon be driving around not only illegal and blind but with no insurance as well. Because we all know that's a priority for these people! I got backed into at a Taco Cabana (she worked there) here a few years ago, when the driver got out she couldn't speak english and she had no drivers licence and gave the cop false contact info. I went back to the Taco Cabana to see if I could get her info for my insurance company and low and behold she quit and went back to Mexico! Figures!

During my last trip to a state MVD, half the people in the waiting room didn't speak English. While waiting for 90 minutes, two guys with a poorly altered vehicle title were refused at one clerk station, so they pulled another ticket, to try their spiel on another clerk. I guess they figured with enough attempts, they'd find someone willing to look the other way.
As much as I hate the MVD, I have great respect for their patience. Imagine having to be polite for 8 hrs a day while half of your customers are lying through their teeth and presenting false documents, attempting to get you to do something illegal.
I've been rear-ended three times by Spanish-speaking people. Two took off. I chased one but he had a much faster vehicle, and didn't mind driving over people's front lawns to pass other cars. The other one stopped, played the "no-English" routine, and slowly drove off with a heavily damaged front end.
I drive a 6000lb vehicle with a class-5 hitch receiver, and added a 2nd rear bumper that slides into the receiver. It was hit by the "no-english" guy. His front end was crumpled, my damage was scraped paint on the 2nd bumper.
I'm still pissed that I am required to buy uninsured motorist coverage because so many dirtbags in this state won't carry their own insurance.

They work for 8 hours? Down here they take care of one customer and then close their station and take a break for the next 20 minute or more!
