Anybody in NWA have a welder?

I need to pin and weld a FH. I do not have a machine, so if somebody has one and knows how to pin and weld a comp I would be extremely appreciative. I would be willing to pay.

I've done it a couple of times. I'm by fort smith.

It is a PWS FSC556, and it is not predrilled. I can do that part, but my dad does not have a MIG welder so rather than send it to ADCo I was hoping I could just do it myself.
