What shooting / reloading / hunting / SHTF gear did you get for Christmas?

I love mine!
wife got me weaver 3x10 tactiol scope.
Parents got us 40 inch flat screen.
Ordered rings and base for the scope already on the rifle.
Some cash I'm going to use towards either an Aimpoint Pro or Leupold Prismatic for build #2
74 piece gunsmith screw driver set, steel punch set, roll pin starter punch set and a little ammo.
In the spirit of Christmas I was able to surprise my father-in-law with a beautiful S&W 52-1 that I stumbled across by accident.
While at a local gun show trying to sell one of my AR's (to fund one of the optics above) I came across the opportunity for this trade. Since my FIL had given me several
guns at Christmas over the last 22 years this was an opportunity for me to get him something he really wanted. The model 52 is a semi-auto
that shoots 38 Special wad cutters. This particular 52-1 was made in the early 60's and was probably 98-99% in condition. Anyway, my 90 year old FIL
once had this model but had regrettably sold or traded it many years ago. It was a joy watching him shoot it as he did so many years before as a military marksman.
This was a great Christmas indeed
got a DSA FAL and some cash which i used to buy a aimpoint comp m4s and some house shoes
Ordered a Kidd barrel for my 10/22, using money given for Christmas and bought a Hogue stock at Ft Thompson with a gift card I had from there. Hope to have my tax stamp for suppressor sometime in the near future.
Wife got me a Thermarest Tech Blanket and some compression bags.
I picked up an AK from a buddy earlier in the month which was also part of my Christmas.
The wife then stole the AK to keep as her own.
She got her CHCL in and bought an LCP and I got her a holster and a new knife.

I'm impressed with the Weaver Tactical stuff. MSRP is a bit steep but street prices are great. I hope they bring a few more options out.

Sorry, missed your post.
I bought it "used" but it was done by Troy at InRange. And it was an ak105 kit to be more precise. One of these days I'll chop the barrel off maybe.

Wife took a second job when I deployed for my Chrsitmas presents.
Marlin 1895 SBL
Sent off for takedown conversion, action job and installing WWG ejector, trigger and springs. Will be redone in Gunkote.
The first firearm she has bought me and its something special.
She's having it engraved and I found out from the Gunsmith that he is going to add a very special addition to the rifle as well. I'm at the point where I'm scared to take this rifle out to shoot because of all the meaning it has now.
The wife then said that ammo for 45-70 is expensive to which I sighed and agreed. She then said to go ahead and buy a reloading set up that will push out 45-70 along with the other calibers I fancy. Found a great deal on Redding products and was able to get the T7 turret press with all the goodies. The wife was good to me this year. Helps make the time fly in this dump.
I got the biggest smile on my son face Chrtstmas morning when he came down stairs.
My girlfriend got me a Midwayusa Gift Certificate, witch lead to my new B&C light tactical stock. For my Rem 700 AAC.
My parents got me cash witch is being used to buy more powder, bullets, and primers.
My sister got me a iphone.
Culley
My wife got me a Springfield 1911 and a set of horse leather/ shark skin holster and magazines carrier from Kelly's Gun Leather but the best gift she gave me just before X-mas was a son.

Congrats! Happy for yall!!

Cool. I've been watching panel prices and the price per watt has come down substantially from a year ago. If I don't get hammered by Uncle Sam on April 15 I'll be doing some solar shopping.
Keep us posted on your project
Thanks Cowboy....
Here's our son attempting sentry duty. :)
Yes the gun was empty and was triple checked by me, the wife, and grandparents.
