Any one done business with Martin outfitters in gardner KS?
My initial contact was good, but they are 5 hours away and have an item I am interested in. Just looking for feedback, a little hesitant due to the long drive. Thanks!
Hell I'd take anything....
try KSCCW.com. Living in the kc metro, I have never heard of them. But that doesn't mean much, coming from me.
Google searches don't come up with much either, not sure if they are just new kids on the block or? Will try the other site you posted, thanks again!
I live around the Gardner area. Must be a home based business as the address is a residential area. Never have heard of them either. Sorry not much help.
Thing you got to remember is that Ks. did away with guide permits around 3 years ago. Now anybody and his little brother can be a "guide" and make some money. In fact, I have heard complaints on "guides" that take their hunters and drop them off on public hunting land ! You can hunt there for free...... without paying $3500-4500 !!! Lots of high school kids have starting guide services using FB or Craiglist for free advertising.
Back to your original question, never heard of those guys but I am located in Central Ks. They might be great, they might not be?
Funny thing is that all the guides that use to moan/groan about having to get the yearly guide permit are the same ones that want it reinstated. Things always come full circle.
