Mom passed on at 7:40am today.

She is in a better place with no pain.

Probably chatting away with Grandma and Grandpa about all of us.

Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers.

I can only wish to be half as resolute in strength of character as you are. I hate hearing of your hardships in that I don't look forward to hearing of a friend suffering, but I can always take away from that that one can still carry forth living. You never speak of any of your trials in a manner that would make me think you were looking for sympathy, but almost as if saying "This is how I tend to my family during these times." Then setting a prime example of what it means to be a patriarch. That gives me a little hope, so the sadness is always a bit tempered. This time I am saddened a little extra because of my own loss today. Saddened not because of my exceptional inferiority in regards to my character, but because I never met your Mom, because a woman who managed to bring you into the world and has raised you such was certainly a person worth meeting and now I can never have the opportunity.

Thank you for the very kind words Yeki.

House is full with people and food right now.
Mom would be happy with all the jabbering going on along with the singing.

Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers guys.

We brought Mom up by pick-up for her nights stay at the church in the village.
Then had the funeral on Thursday the 2-23-12.

Had some nice fresh snow for everything plus warm weather.

Of course Mom had to have a little fun with us at the end.
Had to move her casket a little bit to fit the wooden cover over it.
Thanks Mom for the laugh.

Now it's keep the candle lit for 40 days.
20 day feast-Aunt will do this one in the village
than the
40 day feast.-we will do this at the house.
Also will pass out stuff in Mom's memory.
