Random Question: Anyone know anyone looking for a rental?

Our renter just up and gave his 30 day notice, so we'll have a 3 bed/1 bath cabin open right at the start of february. I'm going to post it on craigslist monday, but figured I'd give arfcommers a shot at it first.
Same property as us in north pole.
(UAF, it this crosses the ad line for HTF go ahead and pull this. Not exactly sure of how/what this should go under)

Not yet, but I need one in June. 2-3 bedroom in Juneau. Prefer up in the valley near the middle school.

$600+ utilities. Is a 3 bedroom 1 bath cabin with water and wood stove/ drip furnace. Near badger gate / Mcpeaks
Oh and per the troopers it is ok to shoot in the yard. That said, I'm wanting to double the berm size before any of that.
