I need some info on oil feild housing.

Looks like I may be headed up to N.D. to sell some trailers if the demand is there. What can y'all tell me about the housing shortage there? Where would be a good place to set up shop? My wife and I would be living and working out of a motor home. We would sell trailers and have my company deliver them up there. All ideas are welcome.

Williston is the heart of the oil boom so I would start there. I can't point you to a place to rent for hook ups, they are hard to find right now and $$$$$ when you do find them.
Just make sure you get a permit through the city before you start selling. From my understanding the oil boom cities are cracking down on businesses operating without permits.

Thanks, anyone have an "in" with any companys needing housing up there? Also where is a good place to get cold weather gear?

I am selling 5th wheels and travel trailers. I can do bank finance or in house with them.

I was there for some snow and it got into the teens. You have to understand, thats dead of winter temps for me.
