a. the North Dakota written test for their Class 2 permit
b. the complete Minnesota permit to carry class
c. optionally, the Utah permit class requirements

Thanks for helping get the word out. As a practical matter there needs to be a minimal number as the range has facility fees that need to be paid etc. So...hopefully the session can be held.
