Anyone been downtown for their CPL lately?

I need to get my CPL replaced and am heading downtown. Is it still the same as going ot court? No phones, etc? How long was the wait? Last time it was pretty quick.

Last time I went, I got there right when they opened. No one else there but myself so it went pretty quick. Still have to pay for parking and no cellphones (still have to go through the detector). Last time I went was in early summer.

Looked like they were allowing cell phones this time. I went about 2pm and there was no one there. No one at all. No one as in no employees. They're furloughing them twice a month.
