There were bare AR15 lowers for sale, I did not notice the price. the show today was well-attended. Some folks actually spent a little money. Hopefully, the weather won't be too bad tomorrow.
I saw one Coonan Type 1 FAL receiver for private sale two aisles away from the snack bar. When you see a couple of live subguns (Sterling, MAC/45 w/ Lage upper) on a red plaid table, you've got the right place.

I think the lowers were double star and they were asking 115...............I had a nice transaction with a gentlemen from Bell buckle, he was on the wall on the right hand side. Sold me a Beretta 686, that I had been looking for. Really nice guy.........one other table had some old Winchesters going for a nice price too, since they were from the early 1900's or so....there were more tables than last time, and not as much jerky as well. Good show.

Actually bad weather is GOOD for gun shows. Folks come to them when it is too bad to be doing things outside.

Bigger show than I expected.
The guy sold the FAL receiver.
AR receivers were Double Star, and I think it was a local gunstore that was selling them.
Saw a variety of lever actions, AR's, FAL's, even a few Sig rifles.

Most dealers I spoke with reported having decent sales.
There were some guys there selling "Italian Gun Grease". They had a huge flatscreen set up & really spent some $$ on their set-up, IMO. I asked them if that was the same grease the eye-talians used to slick their hair & they didn't think that was too terribly funny.................
Ed Stanfield (sp?) had not one but TWO guns stolen in the last 30 minutes~ of the show, both baby Ruger semi's. People think the same thief got both. Supposedly one of the thief's "buddies" was held by Ed & the promoter in order to "encourage" the thief to return the gun, no questions asked but he was long gone by then.
Reese had a decent show, sold a Sig P210-9 Target to Taylor Swift's dad.
I didn't get a chance to walk the entire show as Reese is a stern taskmaster............
And EVERYONE'S fav son was there walking around: Leonard Embody!

I forgot to mention that I finally saw one of the new KelTec shotguns. I had read the posts about how much markup some dealers were asking while KelTec was lagging behind demand, but it apparently doesn't hit you full force until you see one sitting there with a pricetag on it. 
ETA: If I'd had that much money to spend, I'd have been looking at Springfield M1A's.

Yes, there are dealers that will sell them at KelTec's suggested retail, if you are willing to wait. I'll just wait until the supply has had some time to catch up with the demand.
ETA: My two .308 builds have my gun budget tied up for a while, anyway.

Look at what they're selling for on Gun Broker. All $800 does is buy you a place in line to get one many months down the road, IMO. Meanwhile the shop has your $800 to do with as they please. To each his own, I guess.
