Tell me about Cheyenne, WY
Any decent gun stores in town I should check out while in town?
Marv's Other Place. It's a pawn shop, but the gun room is pretty good. Prices are iffy, but some deals can be had.
Frontier has some good stuff. Again, can't comment on the prices.
Guns'n'Gear has a serious collection, and some of their prices (last I looked) weren't awful.
Also Big horn shooting irons on Pershing
Like the others have said
I deal with Marv's and Marv's Other Place more then the others. Rick is a good guy, and will make you some good deals after you have dealt with him a bit.
Frontier Arms is also a decent place. A good selection of guns, and an ok price. Also can get decent deals once you get to know the owners.
Guns and gear is ok, Frank is a good guy.
The place on Pershing, thought it was called Guns and More, is the newest to open. Tom is a great guy. He is the first person I met at my first Cheyenne gun show about five years ago. He was there with his son, and made me a great offer on some old surplus guns I was selling.
But most of the time I buy online and have them sent to one of Marv's pawn shops.
Saw Teal Gun Works at the gun shows a lot but I think their shop is farther north? They were always straight with me.
