New guy from UT checking in

Just purchased my first AR this past weekend. Been looking for one for a while and a local shop had a RRA Tactical Operator 2 w/ the dominator 2 sights for $949 so I bought it. Have an EOTech 512 on the way as well as a fore grip, rail guards, etc. I have been a pistol guy for a long time and decided it's time to venture into tactical rifles. There are many more people with more knowledge than I; this forum is a great place to learn.

I will post up some pics tomorrow after I get my optics, grip, etc. They're supposed to be delivered tomorrow but amazon still doesn't say they've shipped. Hmm.

Just got back from feeding some lead through her. I got a fore grip and sling from the new Get Some in Orem today. I'll be putting some pics up here in a little bit. I've prob got about 400 rds left of ammo.

Usually, the Hunter Ed facility. Most of my shooting recently has been out of state.
