So my girlfriend has been mentioning how she might be moving back home to Wyoming, and naturally she asked if I would come with her. Well I currently hate the state we are in right now so I'm intrigued by this.

My questions are :

Is Wyoming Class III friendly? SBRs and Suppressors?

Concealed Carry? And is it Shall Issue or May Issue?

Waiting period on firearms?

Thank you in advance.

A wyomingite will be along shortly to explain the other stuff, but Wyoming is constitutional carry I believe.

Yes, class III friendly. We are newly a Constitutional Carry state, since July 1st for residents, shall-issue if you want the card for carrying in the states we have reciprocity with, or if you want to buy without the NICS check. There is no waiting period on firearms, I've walked into a store with a pocket full of cash and walked out with a new handgun in under 15 minutes. We're a free state!

Where's she talking about moving to?

No permit needed to carry.

If you like guns you cant get a better state. Hell, the majority of the state is a target range. Look at the road signs.

HAHAHAHA!!

The other day at the range, I shot my Sheriff's suppressed Ruger MkII, which he gave me suppressor recommendations and told me to try and hurry to get my Form 4 down to him.

What took so long, not have your CWP?
Think my shortest time was right around five minutes...I didn't mess around with chatting, just filled out the form, showed my permit, and paid.

True. I drive a lot of county, and off-the-beaten-path roads in my profession, and almost every sign has at least one bullet hole or shotgun blast through it. Especially the Deer crossing signs.

I ordered my first AR 10 through our local sheriff, and of course he and a few of the deputies came out to the range to see how it shot.

Kinda cool going to the sheriff/police dept and BSing with the guys and walking out with a new rifle.
