You shouldn't have to pay more than $50.

$50 is kind of the standard

Tornado Technologies
Oregon Research Labs
Fort Moe Arms
TROS (not sure if he does transfers but he's a great guy and builds NFA) items.

mod will probly delete these shortly, so write them down...

I have my 07 now and will probly have my 02 SOT starting in July, so there's that...

Another vote for Fort Moe...
He is south of Portland near the Milwaukie area...

Pat at Oregon Research Labs will treat you right. It's a little bit of a drive (he's out in Vernonia) but I've been doing business with him for 5+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

$200 is extortion. You're already facing that with the gubament's $200 tax, so don't subject yourself to it twice. All the places I listed earlier do it for $50 I believe.

Yep, they are clearly said that $200 fee PLUS $200 tax stamp, they are 'agreed' it is very expensive to do the transfer

$200 is nuts!

Curts is just down the street from them

I think by shush cans, he meant suppressors :)

NW armory charge like $45 or $50 for an FFL transfer that I can do for $10 through A Cut Above Pawn....

I've used Fort Moe for regular transfers and Pat ORL for 2 suppressors, $50 a pop and both are stand up fellas.

You're doing yourself a disservice if you're not using Pat @ ORL, Fortmoe or cocktailer for your transfers.

John and Dot Nichols used to do transfers at a very reasonable price. But I haven't seen them for years, and don't know if they are still around. They were in North Portland, and really nice people to deal with.

Be careful if you go to Vernonia. That guy sometimes makes people shoot machine guns and other various firearms out back. Sometimes he's very insistent; "have you shot this yet? this? This? Want to try this one?"

Scott at FMA is good people too.

When talking to any of them let them know what you are buying if you haven't already made payment for it. You never know what they might have in stock or can get at a good price. They won't try to convince you to buy from them though if you found a decent deal and they will let you know if they think it's worth it if you just ask them.
