Depending on what side of town you're on there's Fortmoe arms on the Eastside or you can PM coctailer off of the board hes near I-5

If you are closer to west hillsboro, look up Tornado Technologies. I used them for my last two transfers and they also do NFA.

The last time I bought something from Cocktailer (3 or so months ago) his shop was still in Washington but he lives in PDX. I know you can buy long guns across adjoining state lines, but I'd think NFA is a no-go, eh? Maybe he moved his business to OR and I didn't know.
Also, I use Tornado Tech for my class III stuff (and other transfers sometimes) cause they are as cheap as anyone, they're close, and Mike/Goldie/Snew...
are awesome. The last transfer I put in I didn't even go to the shop once. It's on a trust, so I just updated the schedule A, emailed them the docs and sent checks in the mail. Goldie filled it all out and sent it in for me. WOOT!!!
Also there's another guy named Pat who is AWESOME if you're WAY out on the west side. You'll have to PM either me to get his info though, k.

coctailer is in WA. he just moved back to portland, but the business is still in the 'couv.
If you are in PDX, then the closest one I would recommend is FortMoe. Scott's about as good of a guy as they get.
