EE Link This guy has some AR500 targets for what looks to me to be a good price. Is there someone local who has similar targets for around the same price?

I bought a bunch of steel from him. It is nice hard stuff, no problems with 308.

I still have one box that is missing in transit though.

Dang, that guy has good prices. I wish they were that cheap locally. I'd love to get a 10in round

Hard for him to get AR500 economically.

I have been wanting some of these for a while now. What is the recommended distance to shoot these with 9mm ? I know the plates can take it, but for the safety of the shooter.

We hammered the steel from Jake with all manner of 308 at the FAL match...this stuff is good to go. Max distances were 100 yards.

I've got the info for an Atlanta area guy that makes rifle grade steel targets. I'll post it up when I get back in the country.

For handguns, the minimum safe distance when shooting jacketed ammunition is 21 feet/7 yards. With frangible ammo, that distance drops to 9 feet/3 yards. If you follow those rules, I ain't sayin' you ain't gonna get hit with some frag, but you won't get hurt...........bad...........

I spoke with your guy on Friday and haven't heard back from him yet. I tried him today and got his VM. I'm not in a super hurry but I do want to get everything in and ready for a company shoot next month.

If and when you speak to this guy again and get some pricing please pass it along for the rest of us.

They either never registered or lost their barkertactical.com domain and without a webpage, it's a little hard to look over their products.
