I can't think of any. Our Sheriff will sign any forms for you though, so there really isn't a need in a trust unless you just want one.

Thanks but, I'm actually in McDowell County. I just figured I'd need to go to Asheville at least for something like this. I have looked at both avenues and I like the trust for various reasons.
