Where in SC are you? If you are in the Columbia area or willing to travel, I can do it for you. Send an email to my office (schneelawfirm@gmail.com) to discuss the details.

Don't really know anyone in NC and I am not licensed there. If you know a lawyer who does basic estate planning I'm happy to talk with them about setting up a NFA compliant trust for you. As long as that lawyer knows NC law it really should not be difficult.

Anybody close to Columbia needing a trust done contact Mark Schnee at the email above. Picked mine up today and he did a great job on both the trust and with any questions or concerns I had. The fee was very reasonable to boot.

I'm more than happy to help out fellow gun enthusiasts. This type of work is something I really enjoy.

I have a lawyer in Charlotte that will do a trust for $350. It's bout 20 pages long and you can include other things besides NFA items. Got his contact info from Class 3 dealer that uses him. All work guaranteed.

I charge $150 for the trust paperwork for anyone in SC. I include language specific for both the NFA and SC law.

That's an excellent deal! I'd do that in a heartbeat over my $20 Quicken trust just for the piece of mind. Too bad you're not in NC.
