For some reason the little girl with the gun standing in front of outlets with child safety covers makes me laugh...

Did that puppy go through a fire AFSOC?

ETA: Beat by a minute and a half.

Caint know it has been soaking in the parts washer for a bit.
Need to get it back from Eric and see what we can do with her and get her running again.
I think the wash took the finish off it.
Probably do a kitchen stove park job.
I would imagine that it would still run.
Though it is interesting that my plastic fantastic GLOCK suffered LITTLE damage at all!

Just got back from the clinic. Good news is it's not herpes. Just product of a home grip reduction. Went heavy with the bed liner to see if I like the aggressive grip while carrying concealed. Surprisingly it's comfortable and does not scratch like stippiling does.

Also the outlet covers are for the two year old who also enjoys the tacticool aid.

ETA: Just curious....What did it cost you to setup that pistol with the threading & the suppressor? (not counting the tax stamp of course)
I'd really like to do that to mine.

That is actually a factory model that comes with the rails and threaded barrel. You can also get it without the rails, which is the one my daughter just got. We sell the Silencerco Sparrow for around $400. Sweet set up by the way Noaccount!!

If you already have the pistol, you might want to look at these folks for a barrel.

He's right, this is factory with threaded barrel and rails. Unfortunately its all or nothing with the rails, either you get top and bottom and no irons or you get irons and no rails.
TacSol makes some nice uppers, but the thing that always annoyed me about Ruger's 22s (MkI-III and 22/45s) is the upper is the serialized part, for me this is frustrating so I just went with the complete gun. Its worth noting that at Eaze's last long range shoot we were shooting Bass Ackwards's setup (same gun, different suppressor and a Leupold red dot) at a 8" plate at 100yds and getting consistant hits.
The only thing I will say is that with that light where it is and the can sticking out as far as it does you get a large shadow top center, its not a big deal, but kind of annoying when you trying to hit that running raccoon that was just in your garbage.

ETA: Cost; ~320 for the gun, 400+200 for the can, Burris Fastfire II was 150 and the light I am not counting because I am sure we all have an extra laying around. So lets call it 1,100 in that photo.
I don't like to include the can since I have many hosts for it so that drops the cost of the gun and sight to 470 (call it 500)

I haven't given this one the AFSOC TactiFanMelt treatment yet, but it's definitely on the list.
