Gun dealer near McComb, MS that sells stripped lowers? HELP!!!

Well the itch to have another AR has taken hold. Regrettably I sold my last one to help pay for college last year. After spending the weekend at Rusted Ace's, I truly realized how much I missed mine. I know we have great dealers here, and I do plan on buying most accessories via Ar15.COM. I'd really like to be able to go buy a lower and walk out with one in hand, without paying transfer fees. Plus I don't have a local shop that I frequent. I moved to Mississippi a couple years ago from Louisiana. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am near McComb, MS in Pike county.

Dude, wish I could help. If you were up around Tupelo, I would take off call in sick and drive you around. But, that's not my AO.

It's cool buddy. I'm combing through the dealers here looking for one that has a FFL located somewhat close by. What sux is I had a great FFL in Louisiana that only charged me $20 for being a NRA member. I feel somewhat guilty just patronizing a place for a transfer. It sux not having a shop to frequent... just pawn shops out here.

I live in Liberty and was looking for a lower about 6 weeks ago and could not find one near McComb. I had to wait til I got to Jackson and found the last one at the Outpost in Richland after calling and looking all over Jackson. That said here are some possibilities nearby. I have seen stripped lowers in the 51 Pawn between Bogue Chitto and Brookhaven and at Ginns Gun and Pawn Shop in Tylertown. You could call them and check. Martin's Firearms is in Magnolia and does not carry lowers but he could probably order one for you. He operates out of his basement but has a good stock for his size. Let me know if you have any questions.

I just may do that. I've been drooling over some stuff on Rainier Arm's website for a couple years now. I'm really liking the matched set upper and lowers. Seekins makes a pretty wild looking lower as well. Decisions, decisions.
