I would like to have all of the facts to the story. "Gonna go straight to Bill Maher's show." Now that's funny.

My thoughts?

I think this video was uploaded in 2007, and this is the first Ive seen of it. I can ramble on about this for a while, but I will leave it at this.

She had no warrant or court order to be on the property. The first time she was told she wasnt allowed to be there she should have turned around and left.

The Deputy is a moron.

ETA: Im concluding all of these things based off of what the video showed. Not anything prior to it. But yes, Id like to know the story behind this.

That video has been around for years. It's by the guy who was dumping raw sewage into the aquifer.

That is what I have found while trying to find out the back story. He did take them to court and lost.

It is common for health inspectors/investigators to be provided limited search warrant exemptions limited to the scope of their investigation. The deputy was probably smarter than you think and the guy shooting the video wasn't. Without knowing the facts, I would suspect that this is why the shithouse constitutional law attorney lost the case.

That may very well be. Im not sure of the laws on that one. I find it odd that if that is in fact how it works...why didnt either one of them mention that? From the looks of it, neither one of them was so sure if they could actually go on to his property or not.

He was dumping raw sewage and the neighbors complained. She called for an officer to be present, he got sent out and was trying to get up to speed with the situation that had started a day earlier. He and his family still receive death threats over this video that the homeowner edited to his advantage.
