Any news on the "Don't tread on me" plates

No, but I'll be getting an NRA plate after my old AR15 COM one gets worn out.

I already gots one... (NRA plate) 
I got one for my Jeep as soon as they came out. I keep a standard plate on my DD though. Standard OPSEC protocol.

OK, its almost time to renew and online at the BMV I cant find either the dont tread on me or the NRA plates. I honestly do not want the NRA plate. IMO it screams "gun in the car, break in!!" but the dont tread on me would be cool on the back of my car.

I almost bought the NRA plate. Then I thought if I did not get the In God We Trust plate that I would have my priorities out of order. I have got to keep putting the big guy in first place.

I agree it probably would be a indication of my positions but not as much as the NRA plate. I will probably keep my Colts plate instead.
