L1 Fingerprinting (Bloomington)

Well, I am currently in the process of applying for my LTCH and trying to figure out what to do in regards to fingerprinting.
From what I have read/heard, the L1 process is the way to go but neither the Bedford or Bloomington locations have convenient hours (Bedford might be doable since they are open till 5pm on Tuesdays).
Is the L1 website accurate for times/locations? Should I just go to the Bloomington PD and have my fingerprints done (ink)?
