I currently live in DE but have been offered a job in MD that would pay better than what I currently make. Does anyone have an idea on what kind of taxes I would be looking at working in MD but living in DE?

I know a lot of retied LEO's who still work in MD but live in DE.
They told me its like getting a raise. DE doesn't tax retirement.
