Title says it. I grew up there and know most the good places but want to treat my gf to something a little nicer than usual.

Menu would mainly be either American or Itialian.

Budget is around $100 for us both to eat on, not including tip. We don't drink alcohol.

Someplace in West Baltimore or around the inner harbor?

Maybe pics after vacation

If you want to eat in a classic top-rated restaurant, take her to Tio Pepes. It's in the basement - dark, romantic, great authentic Spanish cuisine. Call ahead for reservations and dress nicely. I typically wear a jacket. If your wife likes chocolate, place an order for chocolate souflet when you order your appetizers

Wife to be. Gotcha. Once you're married, you can take her to places like The Roost.

"Nice Place" and "Baltimore" should not be used in the same sentence.

Area down by the harbor while use to be the place, isn't as safe as they make it to be.

Having to attended a viewing of a friend last week, I drove by entire blocks of boarded up row homes.
