 O'Malley's crazy illegal education bill

To my fellow Marylanders, we need all hands on deck to fight O'Malley's attempt to fund illegal alien in-state tuition. If you want to help block his effort, please visit http://www.mdpetitions.com and fill out, print and mail in your petition. It's fast, easy and VERY important to Maryland's future. Our state is already broke, so this simply doesn't make any sense.

This state is SO ass-backwards. Next MOM is going to require homeowners to feed a person who burglarizes your house.

We're still not at 55K, so folks need to keep sending in those petitions. It's also important to keep in mind that the state board of elections will likely throw out 90% of the petitions, meaning we need a LOT more.

I am totally confused. The state does not want to give employees and legal citizens the things they need, but the state wants to fund illegal alien in-state tuition? What happened to the word "illegal" in illegal alien? Whats next?@#$%^!

It shows that we have a terrible governor when he starts with a surplus and then puts us back in debt. Pathetic IMO.

The good news is that we met our first goal. And, by the end of this month, if we have enough signatures, the bill will be stalled until the people can vote. A potential win for common sense, but we still need everyone to keep sending in those signed petitions. Let your relatives and friends know!

It's frustrating that we the people have to spend our time keeping our corrupt politcians in check. I guess you get what you vote for, so in this frickin' state, it's just business as usual

Just a quick update. We reached our first goal, and now we need a total of 100,000 signatures by June 30th. This will freeze the bill until the people of Maryland have a chance to vote it up or down. So, reach out to anybody you know that isn't aware of the issue. We need LEGIT signatures!

BTW... The ACLU is threatening to file suit, so you know we must be doing something right

A few quick updates... we have 3 days left to reach our goal of 55,736 signatures, so it looks like we're going to make it. Keep sending in those signatures though!

Also, as expected, the corrupt Maryland Democratic machine is jumping into action. They're in bed with Casa de Maryland, who was calling the police on LEGAL citizens collecting petitions at DMV's across the state. Casa also had people trying to interrupt citizens from signing petitions by blocking lines, following signers around in attempt to threaten them, and there was even a report of one person getting spit on.

Now to the most outrageous news... the Maryland Board of Elections released all of the signed petitions to Casa de Maryland. So, this corrupt and crony organization now has the names and addresses of all folks who turned in petitions! Given Casa's track record of intimidation, I wouldn't put it past them to show up at people's houses or places of work to protest and intimidate. It's just makes my f'n blood boil that the state can get away with this I hate this state.

Representative Mike Hough actually came to my door about this. I signed my father signed and i sent him to my neighbours. I will be voting for him next elections.
