I've been awaiting MSP to approve the GEN 4 G23. I've been calling shops around town for the past few months to see if they have been MSP approved yet it seems like nobody knows when it is going to get approved. Has anyone heard any rumors are in the know? Thanks

Yes but for whatever reason msp defines them as different guns. Notice there are other gen 4 guns that are approved but the g23 isn't.

A friend once ordered a "10-8 Forum Limited Edition 1911" Unfortunately, when it arrived at the FFL, that model was not on the roster so it could not be transferred to him (no I do not know which FFL). The gun was required to be sent out of state to another FFL. Some FFLs are not careful at all about the roster law.
