transfer fee

I live in the Baltimore area and buy most of my guns from out of state dealers. I was wondering if anyone knew who had the least expensive transfer fee for pistols...etc

I've had dealings w/ John Gray and he's good people at Jessup Pawn. Forget what his rate is. Most of my gun money these days is going to 2A Sales down by Rt 32 and 1. Little drive, but a good shop. I live in B-more county as well.
I'm sure there are others near you. I hear about White Marsh Arms and Continental a lot but haven't dealt with either of them.
Oh, MD_Shooter here used to deal with a dude in Ellicott City as well. Forget what the rate was but I remember thinking it was good. He'll be along soon.

Continental had a high class 3 transfer fee in my opinion. They also messed up my paperwork 2-3 times. I feel like most gun dealers know how much they can charge for a transfer fee so that you would spend the same simply by buying from them directly. JMO

John is $40 for regular long guns, $50 for regulated and the extra $10 is for the MSP racket.
I like dealing with John. He gets his FFL out to sellers VERY quickly, handles 77Rs promptly and will accept firearms shipped in from private individuals. He has always called me the minute a gun comes in and makes it seem like it's important to him that I get my stuff in ASAP.
