Gadsden flag in Havre de Grace

Someone hung a Gadsden flag in downtown Havre de Grace from a city light pole.
It's right in from of my Masonic Lodge, and we didn't put it up, neither did the city. It's an indoor flag, but it's pretty awesome that someone put it up.
So, my question.......
Should I replace it with a proper outdoor flag?

Haven't seen this yet. I'll be on the lookout next time I go downtown.
