 Local people/places that do parkerizing?

I have an indian 2a enfield carbine (a gibbs, not something worth $$$), that is in need of some TLC. Its a blast to shoot, literally, but the finish is about as worn out as a mark dayton campaign promise. Paint is all chipped and the park underneath is worn and uneven.

I thought about painting it, but nah. Ditto dura/cerakote.. I think a dark parkerizing for this particular rifle would be the ideal finish. Id like to stay local, but worst case there is always adco. But like I said, id prefer to keep my dollars local. So who have you all used before? Any pics of their work?

Only place I can find on google is this http://www.tacticalfirepower.com/pricing.html, Gary Shade. Anyone ever used him? 100 isnt bad, But I think this rife needs to be blasted first, it doesn't appear that he does that. Im not opposed to driving out of the metro, as long as its

under 2 hours or so away.

I have a parkerizing setup in my garage you could use if you are interested.

What is the length from the end of the barrel to the end of the receiver?

Here is a pic of a recent part I have done.

It's not too difficult just time consuming.

Also, you might try emailing and asking the company you posted about. I don't know how you could charge money for a parkerizing job without blasting the part first. They state that they will remove the old finish. I'd bet they are going to blast it.

Maybe we can set a day to do some parkerizing as a group? I have a few pieces I need to finish first and finals this week so it would probably need to be after the first of the year.
Shoot me a PM if you are interested.
