Went last year and had a blast. Me and three others from the Morris Rifle Club will be there this year. Can't wait.

Tell you what guys, you want to have a lot of fun, meet some great folks, get a lot of shooting in,.....and not have to break the bank. Then this is the shoot to go to. The guys at Nordic do an awesome job putting this shoot on.

It's worth the money to go even without the kick-ass prize table. Throw that in and well, you just better get signed up. You won't be dissapointed.

See you there Tim.

I would guess it doesn't matter, but since it's in the name and all... Do you have to be using Ruger guns for it?

No.....you can use any 22rf pistol or pistol (no magnums).

I personally use a Browning Buckmark pistol and a Nordic upper on a Cav arms lower.

Ruger is just the major match sponsor of this.....they got it going.....and a re doing a great job!!

Typically....more than 50% of the shooters are in this for the first time.....lots of new faces!!!

I'm telling ya......this is a blast!!!

We are now down to 4 left spots for Saturday.

Sunday I believe is sitting at 18 spots

If you are planning to shoot this....send in an application.....Saturday will be filled by match time and we will most likely not allow walk-ons to shoot.

Just figured I would bump this one since the shoot starts tomorrow and I'm pumped. If anyone else is shooting Sunday I'll be slinging the way custom 10/22 wth the blue and yellow stock, always looking forward to meeting other AR junkies. Actually I shouldn't even call my stick a 10/22 there's really nothing Ruger left.

Was originally signed up for Sat. but when they added the second day I rounded up 3 of our club members and switched to Sun.

There should also be some flyers floating around for the Mid America AR Challenge that we host next weekend. If you have any questions about last years shoot just ask around, quite a few of the Nordic Components crew were out there last year.

Looking forward to year 2 on this shoot, it's a fricken riot. Maybe I'll see you there

Fun is an understatement. Hopefully you got signed up. I'll take some pics tomorrow and post them on the Morris Rifle Club website. When I get them in I'll post a link here so those who didn't go can see what they missed out on.
Cheers
