What do I need to collect from a MA resident to ship him pre-ban mags? I know I need a copy of his licence for high capacity mags, do I need his drivers licence as well? Can they only ship to his home or is his office OK? Thanks for all of your help!
Edited to add: They are Glock 19 U-Notch mags.

copy of his MA LTC-A is all you need. and they can be shipped anywhere.
