Fiscally, he seems to walk the walk, but I have reservations about this:
I'm not a believer in creating racially (or any other) preferential districts.
Anybody know him well?

That certainly was my first thought, as well. But, considering the job he seems to have been doing in Prince William, especially after all the uproar about the County's illegal aliens efforts, I was hoping that someone on this board would know him and be able to relate a plausible counter to this impression.

That certainly was my first thought, as well.
