After five hours the cops still at Restaurants Depot parking lot at the corner of VA Beach Blvd and Witchduck Rd. The entire section is close down.
My friend was there when the shooting happen. He was in his car about to leave when an arm robber went to the Restaurants Depot parking lot and start shooting at the cops. The cop shot back and he went down. He heard two to three shots fired.
