My Uncles makes custom knives in SE Ohio and we've been talking about me setting up at some shows around here for him. Think they'd do well?

I would try and team up with someone else like the local guy that makes custom 1911 grips and split a table. Saw that VA guntrader is going to get a shared table at some of the smaller shows and working on trying to get one at the Chantilly show. I would get a couple of samples and try it on a small scale, manning a table by yourself for 2-3 days is grueling.
Other option is to approach one of the local shops and see if they will pick up your Uncle as a product line or agree to have them in the showcase.
my dad is buddies with a guy that sets up at the dulles show and he seems to do ok. But judging by what Ive seen at his table my dad is the only one buying from him. I would assume he sets up at other shows too, I don't know.
Depends on where you're at in VA. I know here in southwest VA, virtually no one knows anything about good blades and will flip over the price of a good blade.
