I have been trying to get a hold of these guys for a couple days now and neither of the phone numbers they have listed are being answered, nor messages returned. Same with my email. I've never been there, but I think this is kind of a kitchen table FFL operation, and maybe he's on vacation, but still, I need to get a hold of this guy... anybody familiar?

I only deal with Pat at the pawn shop. I've never heard of these guys.

Considering the name and the location

I'll go by there today and have a look.

I got an email from Fed-ex last night that my rifle had been delivered and signed for by Jim himself, so I'll be on the phone quite a bit today....

man, I'm stickin with Pat next time. Normally I would have used him for the transfer, but this deal was through Savage's website, and Jim was the closest and cheapest price.

Did you call the guy prior to having the rifle shipped to him?

I went by there this afternoon. I go to church with his neighbor, he's got the horses on the corner of 3300 and 1600.
You can get a copy of Pat's ffl to fax if you need to do a transfer in the future.

If you haven't been there, I looked for that address didn't see it on 3300n. It looks like it might be down the dead end just west of interstate 57.
1600 jogs right there, north of 3300n it's west of 57, south of 3300n , it's east of 57.
Good luck!

Made it there and back, everything went well, and I met the neighbor you go to church with actually. I stopped at his place first, as it is 1597 and the place I was looking for is 1597a. Neighbor's got a loud little jack russell and a heck of a handshake.

It's basically a couple 12'x12" garden sheds pushed together that have been insulated and air conditioned. 4' glass top counter with a couple Kimbers on sale. Couple AR's and an AK on the rack.

Not a bad place overall, but I'd have been much happier if I could have had better contact with the guy. If you need any Blackhawk tac gear, this guy has it in stock, right under his Navy Seal bumper stickers......

thanks for your help postpost!

He's a chiropracter, hence the handshake, glad it went well.
