3 gun
Does the 3-gun at Boulder still go even when the weather is crap?
Not sure but ask pballjunkie666. He helps run it.
Per the email (make sure to write your email down on your 3 gun paper when you're filling it out & you'll get the emails also)
Per Bret
Sorry for the late notice but, we are having our match tomorrow unless its pouring down rain. Weather predictions keep changing. Expect wind.
Set up will be @ 6:30 as normal and shooting by 9am. If you have an extra drill please bring them as well as some pliers. The wood target holders could use some staple removal
;-) There are a few walls we will be setting up so the quicker we get that done the better.. I will again comp the 4 people who are there to help set up.
There are 4 scenarios. 1 long range rifle. No slugs are needed. The pistol & rifle in the bay bays will have a CQB feel to them.
Low turn out but we still ran a few stages.
I would like to join but work 9-5 on Saturdays
I'm in the same boat, 7-3 saturdays. I'm just biding my time until the night shoots start.
When do those start? Is there light or do you need weapons lights on all stages?
May is the last day shoot then we go to nights for summer. No range lights so bring your weapon lights. Headband lights with red lenses.
Thats a bit cost prohibitive for me

Multigun Nats probably took some people away from Boulder 3 gun. The weather probably took quite a few more
Here comes the heat and some night matches at BRPC
Bring your lights and test your QCB gear

You'll be amazed at what takes a shit on you or just plain falls off

Many who come out just watch their first time to get a handle on it. It's really about having fun & camaraderie. Learning & helping. Come with what you have & fill in the blanks over time. Don't get overwhelmed with the gear list & miss out on going because of it. If you only have 1 of the weapon types, show up & shoot that weapon type only. I'd be happy to lend a vltor picatinny light mount & TK12 weapon light if that's the hold up.
I need to get back out there, been over a year since I made it to a match.

That's a very kind gesture, thank you very much. I'll try it out in the next few months.
As stated before i do beleave we will be switching over to night shoots in june. Not 100% sure yet though. And if anyone comes out and watches i strongly urge you to just go ahead and shoot with us. And as far as gear if you dont have it there are plenty of us out there that will be more then willing to help first timers and also give insight in which gear performs well for us. Also you can find all our info on face book now too. Search bouldercity threegun.
Jon.
Jon-
I went to the Face Book page, it looks like a good time. What time do the night shoots start in May?
Thanks!

The BRPC1.org website says that May is the first of the summer month night matches.
Boulder Rifle and Pistol Club Three Gun Schedule
Please let me know if I am wrong.
Thanks!

From the looks of thing it seems that we will not be switching over to night shoots till the june match. But best way to keep up on info is the fb page.
Jon.
O.K., thanks!
