Who sells batons?

Does anyone know a good place to get an extendable baton on south side of town towards Henderson or this direction? Want to get one for my brother for his birthday and don't know where to look. I figured battleborn would have them but too far on the other side of town for me. Thanks for the help!

Battle Born doesn't have any in stock. However, if you change your mind, you can call Cliff and tell him which one you're looking for and he can order it for you. Should take about a week to come in.

NRS is pretty vague and open to interpretation. Gunmonkey once got to spend the day in jail for carrying an ASP. Beat it in court but the next guy might not be so successful.

NRS may be vague, but Henderson Municipal Code isn't...
8.98.075 - Bludgeoning devices.
A. It is unlawful within the City of Henderson, for any person, except a peace officer, to carry or possess any mace, numb-chuck (also known as nun-chaku), truncheon or other bludgeoning weapon or device capable of inflicting grievous bodily harm, without first having received written permission to possess the same from the chief of police. Such permission shall only be given upon the determination the person applying therefor is of good moral character and is a bona fide collector or exhibitor of weapons.
B. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Well he does not plan to carry it and he does not live in this area, it is legal where he lives and is just visiting. So is there any issue with buying one for a gift if he does not live here?
