Got screwed by FightinQ from Henderson

I've made hundreds of transactions on different forums and I finally got screwed.

I sent a $67 PMO to FightinQ in Henderson for stuff he had listed on the EE and he never sent the stuff and stopped responding.

What makes it worse is that it wasn't some nameless guy in Asia, it was a guy from our own state.

Anyone from Henderson PD around?

Thanks!

I've reported it to the mods, and am communicating with someone who has met him in person.

Thank you!

ETA: After communicating with some other buyers, I fear that he did break his leg and has possibly turned for the worse.

Well, I guess he still is too hurt to respond. It's been almost 2 months...

You have recourse through the USPS. Go file a complaint for theft/ mail fraud....one of the better reasons to use the USPS M.O. and mail system.

Wrong as it is, it's only $ 67, go face to face deals in the future if you don't want to use the sponsors of this site that are well trusted.

That is a nice internet rumor. You won't find the USPS doing much. You would be lucky to get any help at all UNLESS it is big money or a repeat offender.

I was once burned by a seller. USPSMO for a little under 2K. The FBI jumped all over it, as they were hot on the trail of the BG, but the postal droids shuffled around in circles and that was it. Do not think that USPSMO's are gonna have the Lone Ranger and Tonto behind them.
