I had to swap out a tie rod end on the car today and need to have the alignment adjusted.

Who is a good reliable mechanic in town that does alignments?

Thanks

Huge -1 for Triple S Tire and Brake by Baldinis.

Incompetent staff, manager was rude, and they screwed up the job when replaing my tie rod bushings.

They left the air box and filter disconnected from the engine, and denined it when I took the thing back. The manager said "those things work loose"....

oh... an actual "wrench on stuff" mechanic. thought you might be looking for a "solves problems... permanently" type "mechanic".

I always go to a guy that napa recommended me to a year ago. He is retired and has his own shop at his house. He does really good work and is more knowledgeable than most name brand places. Don't be turned off because he works from home. He has a full shop with everything the big dogs have. Pm me if you want his contact info.

Thank you very much for all of the replies!

Les Schwab was able to get me in same day and was very reasonable.

I was pretty proud to see that after swapping out the tie rod end and putting the new one back on by dead reckoning, that side was still within specs.

For future repairs, I will definitely keep Arrow in mind and may get that guy's name from Umbrellacorp as well.

Thanks again.

I use Reno Vulcanizing Works on Plumb Ln. As far as I can tell they do a good job without screwing you over....

They did the repairs on our company vehicles when I lived in Sparks. Very friendly and they do a good job.
