Who in LV can do this?

So I want to build an old school "gangster grip" flashlight setup like this.

I have an old aimpoint ring and a bolt, spacer and lock nut, but I don't have anything to drill a hole in the aimpoint ring.
Does anyone know of a 'smith in town who'd be willing to do this small custom job for me?

Thanks ahead of time.

Brad can take care of that for you here at the store. Just swing everything by and speak with him directly about it.

What do you need to do you couldn't accomplish with just a drill press? Or even a Makita and a bench vise? Or just JB weld?

The better question is what the hell do you want that for?

+1 nice clean solution.

there's also scope rings with Picatinny rails on top. just add a nice K grip to the rail and it's done. problem is you'd need to buy a pair of the rings, so the KZ version above is probably a good solution. only problem

Because he can. Or as I tell my wife who frequently has a habit of asking the same thing: "I dunno."

The only thing on your list that I have is JB weld, which is part of went into the final product.

I'm actually surprised nobody's called me out for my blatant fanboyism on this particular item of kit...

I just figured you were putting together a gulf war 1 replica carbine...

No other practical reason to use this jury-rigged outdated setup when 100 other/better ways of mounting and manipulating a flashlight are available.

I remember years ago when Christian R.(?) on LF was making these; there seemed to be a good demand, but it seemed like production was slow or sporadic, and cost was high (close to $150?) If it works for you, great. It seems like the screw between the grip and top ring would be a weak point, but I guess time and your usage will tell. Personally, I like lights at 12 o'clock, but it forces me to sacrifice a front sight.
