Looking for a Gun Trust Lawyer in WI

I've been kicking around the idea of setting up a Gun Trust. I have plans for a suppressor and possibly SBR in the next couple of years and I would rather set up the trust rather than go through our local sheriff.

Anyway, is there anybody who does this? Also, what is the cost?

Why can't this be tacked?

I am going to ask this same question when I get around to buying my first NFA.

Tom is the guy you are looking for.
he is not only a great guy to have on hand for NFA needs, but also if you ever have to use a firearm in self defense. they always say to shut your mouth till your lawyer arrives, but who actually has a attorney's number on hand who knows firearm/self defense laws?
he is a criminal defense atty. works across from the waukesha courthouse.

Uh, Sheriff Waldera has signed multiple forms for me without an issue. In fact, now, if he's in the office when I show up, it's a 5 minute affair.

ETA: You know it doesn't matter what the elected officials politics are, in Jackson County you only win as a Democrat right? To say Gerald Fox or Duane Waldera are "libtards" simply because of their (D) would be a mistake.

Yeah, I guess I could have worded it differently. I know what you mean about having to run as a Democrat around here to win. I don't really have anything against the individuals, it's mainly the party and this whole recall bs.

One of the main reasons I would like the trust is so that I can have other family members on the trust so that they are legal. My dad's hearing is going south in a hurry and I figured since I want a suppressor anyway, he could use it during hunting season to save him some grief. That, and if anything ever happened to me, my family would be "legal" to possess some of my weapons.

There's plenty of reasons to get a trust. But you'll have no problem getting a signature here.
