Is there any type of hi cap mag laws in Wisconsin. Just want to make sure before I complete a deal with someone from there.

I believe some municipalities have some odd laws (I know Madison has one) here and there, but they're all 100% unenforcable via pre-emption. Effectively, WI is 100% good-to-go for all magazines of any capacity.
