I'm going shooting and my brother backed out. I'm in Madison and usually go to Yellowstone to shoot. If anyone wants to go or wants to meet somewhere else let me know. I have the whole day off so time of shoot isn't a big deal. Email me at chedched@live.com or text to 608-395-7841

I'm on vacation, but unfortunately Yellow Stone is a bit far for a mid week shoot.

I got out there today. Someone came out and removed almost all the brass that had collected from the winter. They had to reconstruct the target bases because everyone keeps shooting them with shotguns.

I have one or two days per month off with no wife and kids so I always make the best of it. When I go, I always bring a pistol and an AR. The last two times have been testing new builds, both of which were perfect. Today was the testing for my new Dissy. She shoots like a dream. I am getting my AR500 plate tomorrow so shooting will be more fun in the future. Shooting paper is so boring.

My brother ended up tagging along. We got his .22 sighted with his new scope. He was able to hit spent shotgun shells from 100 yards. I'd say it's "close enough".

The weather was great. The drive always sucks. It's about an hour each way so by the time I get home, I'm tired. I'm so sick of living in Madison because I have to embark on a journey to get to any ranges that are open to the public.

We should have a mini "Roasted Nuts" shoot sometime at Yellowstone...

Plenty of us Madison-area folks here..

We had a Frozen nutz shoot there. The only problem was the PKMGR guy came on a scared everyone off. I think around 20 people showed up all day. I am deffinately going to the roasted nutz shoot in Shawano.

I'd be up for a shoot sometime...

meet at yellowstone is a great idea. Either saturday or weekdays would be great.

Have you checked out the circus city range out in baraboo? It's pretty nice, gated and only $30 a year. Fairly closer i'd say..just because you can go a little bit faster.

I go to Yellowstone 1x-3x a month, always Saturdays. Just PM me if any of y'all want to go sometime.

Baraboo looks interesting but is 10 miles farther away for me. They'd also have to be mag dump/muzzle brake friendly for me to consider a membership... Allowing AR500 steel targets would be a plus.

I've been shooting at yellowstone about 2-3x month, usually on weekends. I always bring my 3 AR500 plates, so if you see me feel free to shoot them!
