Moving to WA and need an NFA trust attorney

Alright so I'm originally from Portland, OR and have taken a job up in Redmond, but I will most likely end up living in the Seattle area.
With that being said, I currently have some NFA goodies on a trust in Oregon and want to be able to amend it under Washington State law so that I can continue transferring items to it.
I know about address/residency change forms for the actual NFA items and nothing that I currently own is outlawed in Washington State, so I'm good to go there. I'm just looking for an attorney that can go over my current trust and tell me what I need to change if anything for Washington State.
As a side note, does anyone know if there is any legislation in the works to allow SBR's in WA?
