700 Tables at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.

Has anyone been to this show? Is it worth going to? I usually go to the gun show at the Dulles Expo Cetner in VA but it's the same crap everytime I go so I'm looking for a change, and some deals.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Its a decent and large show. Now that the Valley Forge show is gone, this one has taken its place. Nice selection of modern stuff....Some older stuff too, but not much. There is also a militaria/gun show in Allentown at the fair grounds that is mostly historic stuff....depending on which way you are driving, you might be able to hit both..

Anyone know what to expect for a good price on a stripped AR lower out the door there?

Thanks

For the stripped lower, there were a few but Im sure you can have them cheaper from your local gun shop. I was looking for a Spikes Upper. Nothing to be had. Lots of stag rifles and bushmaster rifles. Didnt see much else except a few here are there. There was one booth that had a ton of components though for lowers and such. Pretty cool and not bad priced. There was also a vendor with RRA rifles. Had about 15 of them ready to sell.

Went there around noon-very long line but it moved surprisingly quickly. Inside was packed like a sardine can.

My shopping list included: 500/1000 case of 5.59 M193, .50 cal ammo can, armorer's mat, pmags/GI mags, KB12 Copper Cleaner (I figured I wouldn't find this, but it was on the list), and anyting else that looked like a good deal (not looking for a gun purchase). Got the ammo can, stripper clips, bolt gas rings, and a 3 for $5 cleaning tools. I gave up asking about the armorer's mat. I can get ammo online cheaper, but no real deals on other accessories (except the lower parts mentioned by mcflier).

Magpul products, tac lights and everything else I was interested in were pretty much MSRP. I'm sure I missed something because it was tough getting near the tables

I don't see myself going back.

^^ Yeah the line was insane. We waited 15 mins just to get in the door around noon, and it was starting to snow (lightly) at the time.

My biggest purchase was a $20 bag of beef jerky.

Best price I saw at the show was $99 for a stripped lower (cannot remember the brand). Dave Donley was there and he usually has good prices on stripped lowers but I didn't remember to check his display for lowers.

Thanks. I had been to the Valley Forge show a couple times hoping to see "internet" pricing on lowers, but never saw any that low.
I'll check out Dave Donley's booth next time I go to a show.

I went Saturday with two of my four sons. We didn't care for the show and didn't see a damn thing that was a good deal. We saw a bunch of friends who had the same thoughts as us.

Te previous 1000 table show was Great!
