Pa questions on land for sale
Hi guys I'm from nj and want to move or get a house In a free state. Any suggestions which county to move too or go?
If you decide to make the move and are looking into North East P.A. Drop me a line, i have a nice 2ac piece of property in Pike County, Shahola that i might be selling. Its on a provate road, no community, 3700ac of state land around it, rite of way deeded into it. Good Luck.
Phila is nice....
if your Liberal, go to Vermont or NH. PA has enough of them....
No liberal just want to be able to buy guns and have a carry permit other jersey

Depends on what your job is, where you can get work, and if you want urban/rural/suburban.
Philadelphia/Pittsburgh: Some nice urban areas and crap ghetto areas. Higher cost of living
30-50 miles outside of Phila/Pitt suburban towns/areas: generally pretty nice, have to look at how bad the taxes are. Berks/Chester/Lancaster county are nice.
Harrisburg area: mix of rural/suburban/urban within 10 miles, nicer then phila/pitt
NEPA Coal region: Run down towns/cities surrounded by decent rural areas. Services are more limited (cable/internet/shopping) in rural areas, lower taxes.
Middle/northwest: nice rural/suburban/small town area. University park/erie are the big "cities"
